Roehill Springs Distillery and Abbie’s Sparkle Foundation have been working closely together to produce this Limited Edition Sparkle Gin as a fundraiser for Abbie’s 21st birthday in October 2023.
This distillation was created in Autumn, when our broadleaf woodland yields a magnificent bounty of richly flavoured, brightly coloured berries. A selection of these were hand-picked by our Master Distiller, including Guelder Rose berries, which have one of the prettiest seeds around – they are heart-shaped and various shades of pink.
Abbie’s Sparkle Foundation is a registered charity in Elgin. It was created by Abbie Main, before she sadly passed away from Sarcoma at age 15. It provides support to children affected by Cancer, giving them gifts, grants and holidays at Abbie’s Sparkle Lodge.
